- Friends-only / Unlisted — the item does not appear in public listings; only people with a direct link or on your friends list can access it.

How to change visibility:
- Open your item’s page in Steam Workshop,
- find the Owner Controls section on the right,
- click Change Visibility,
- select Public, Friends-only/Unlisted, or Private,
- save the changes — they apply immediately.
